I dont play on pre-season games, but for those that do I wanted to pass this along. Bill Parcells has said that tonites starter will be Q. Carter followed by a guy named Tony Romo, a rookie from Div. 1 AA Easter Illinois. Parcells said Chad Hutchinson might not play as he wants to give the bulk of the work tonite to Carter and Romo.
